We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange an item you’ve purchased from us if the item is faulty or damaged and you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving the order and provided photos and details of your concerns. Please do not dispose of the original item until we have spoken.
If you change your mind about a product and the product is unopened, unused and packaging is in good condition we are happy to offer a store credit if you have contacted us within 30 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please purchase mindfully.
For all returns, we require a copy of your original order receipt as proof of purchase.
Gift Cards, Credit Notes and Shipping costs are all non-returnable and non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item/s over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
